The Casa Club TST 2027 pathway is built around one athlete identity and a growing evidence record. Registration starts evaluation; coaches and reviewers still make selection decisions.
Start with one athlete identity and one documented record
Submit the Casa Club TST 2027 player form first. The submission starts an evaluation pathway and creates or connects the athlete to a Name the Game / HUGS ID record so later training, video and competition evidence can stay attached to the same identity.
- Submit the player profile and contact information through the existing TST player form.
- Create or sign in to the athlete account when the workflow asks you to.
- Keep adding training, video and competition evidence to the same athlete record.
- Casa Club reviews evidence and development over time; a form submission alone does not select a player.
Registration is an application/evaluation step. It does not guarantee a roster place, travel, sponsorship, payment or participation in TST 2027.
Registration is evidence intake, not a roster decision
No. Casa Club uses the application, training record, video, competition evidence and later review to evaluate athletes. The system can improve visibility and make the evaluation record clearer, but it does not make the selection decision by itself.
- Candidate and under-evaluation are different from selected and final-roster status.
- Verified activity can strengthen the evidence available to coaches and reviewers.
- A high XP total or AMC™ Provisional value does not guarantee selection.
HUGS ID keeps the athlete journey attached to a consistent identity
HUGS ID is the identity and provenance layer used by Name the Game. It is designed so training, education, competition, support and opportunity records can be traced back to who contributed them and remain connected to the athlete instead of being scattered across unrelated forms and organizations.
- Identity anchors the record.
- Evidence records who submitted or attested information and when.
- The athlete pathway can continue across different clubs, programs and opportunities without rebuilding the history from zero.
Provenance shows where a record came from and how it was handled. It does not automatically prove that every underlying claim is true.
